Finstock Talent Recruitment Agency Limited is recruiting candidates for agricultural employment opportunities in Italy.

Position: Agricultural Worker Location: Verona, Trento or Bologna, Italy Contract: Full-time employment contract – 24 months Salary: From EUR 1,300 per month, subject to applicable Italian taxes, statutory deductions and employment contract terms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planting and harvesting crops
- Irrigation support
- Produce handling and packing
- Farm cleaning and maintenance
- General agricultural duties assigned by the employer

Candidate Requirements:

- Age: 21–45 years
- Valid passport with sufficient validity
- Physically fit and able to perform manual outdoor work
- Previous agricultural, farming, gardening,



greenhouse or general labour experience is preferred but not mandatory
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Willingness to complete the 24-month employment contract
- Employer-arranged accommodation
- Medical insurance in accordance with Italian regulations
- Overtime opportunities where available
- Workplace safety guidance and requirements
