Role Description The Back Office Employee will support daily administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth project and business workflows. This contract role is hybrid, based in Comazzo, with some work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities include managing documentation and records, preparing reports, supporting finance-related tasks such as data entry and invoice handling, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
The role also involves assisting with customer and supplier communications, supporting sales-related back-office tasks, updating databases, and maintaining accurate and organized files.

Employee will contribute to efficient internal processes, timely follow-up on requests, and clear information flow across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong Back Office Operations skills, including document management, data entry, and process coordination
- Effective Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams and external partners
- Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, provide information, and support client and supplier relationships
- Basic Finance skills, such as handling invoices, tracking payments, and supporting financial reporting
- Supportive Sales skills, including preparing offers, updating CRM or sales databases, and assisting the sales team
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office or equivalent) and comfort working with digital tools
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and reliability in meeting deadlines
- Previous experience in administrative or back-office roles, ideally within consulting, design, or hospitality sectors
- Ability to work in a hybrid setting from Comazzo, with flexibility and self-management when working remotely
- Relevant educational background in administration, business, or related fields is preferred
- English
