Streamline the billing process by generating and sending invoices from packing slips. Champion the employee experience by managing onboarding paperwork, background checks, and drug screening protocols. Partner with external brokers to secure and renew competitive medical/dental plans. Keep our HR files organized and compliant with current regulations. Anticipate office needs by managing supply inventory. Collaborate with our bookkeeper to ensure accurate month-end financial coordination.
Demonstrates a high level of initiative and independence. Possesses foundational HR knowledge (onboarding, benefits). Communicates clearly and professionally at all levels. Is known for being reliable, practical, and a true team player. Enjoys a role where every day brings new and different challenges.
