Working in the Local Procurement Team to buy several kinds of equipment and materials as per projects requirements in a challenging environment in which to ensure the financial success of projects and select suppliers with a high degree of reliability and cutting-edge technology.
Interaction with other subsidiaries to explore emerging markets and update company Vendor List. You consider projects demands and place purchase orders accordingly , ensuring alignment with approved requisitions and project requirements
- You are responsible for the inquiry process, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, Incoterms, payment terms, commercial terms and conditions within defined authority limits
- You collaborate and coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Quality, Service and Logistics to ensure seamless execution
- You support monitoring of supplier performance, including delivery reliability, responsiveness and commercial behavior
- You have around 8 years of professional experience in the area of purchasing,
ideally in purchasing equipment and materials for Engineering Companies
- Due to the international nature of our project and supplier base, you have very good written and spoken English and Italian (at least level B2)
- You have proven experience and willingness to work in an international environment and with global teams

CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria Annual Gross Salary range 40k-50k euro (paid over 14 monthly installments) Following the conclusion of the selection process, the Company may propose a gross annual salary that differs from the figures outlined in this job posting.
