Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze information for filing of Indirect Tax returns
- Monthly reconciliation of Indirect Tax-related general ledger accounts
- Research and clear reconciling items
- Research, manage and track Indirect Tax refund claims
- Research and support for B2B Indirect Tax transactions
- Maintain schedule of monthly, quarterly, and annual Indirect Tax filings
- Maintain checklist showing completion and filing dates for all Indirect Tax filings and reconciliations
- Preparation of information for any Indirect Tax amendments
- Maintain organized electronic filing system xbvzest for Indirect Tax correspondence and returns
- Identify Indirect Tax planning opportunities
- Assist in additional general tax research and reconciliation where needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
