YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Lead and oversee the Customer Quality & Methods team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic quality objectives Design and implement long-term strategies aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and product quality Systematically monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement initiative Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to understand their expectations and proactively foster quality enhancements Champion the application of advanced quality tools and methodologies, including FMEA, 8D, Six Sigma, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) Support root cause analysis and the development of effective corrective and preventive actions Provide training, coaching,
