Role Description The AI Automation & Systems Developer – Tempo parziale role focuses on designing, building, and maintaining AI-driven tools and systems that support TLWC’s operations and member experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Milan, working closely with the team to automate workflows, integrate platforms, and improve data consistency across internal systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing software components, implementing AI-driven automation solutions, managing database interactions, and ensuring system reliability and security. The role also involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into technical requirements,



and continuously optimizing tools and processes to support events, communications, and member engagement.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in System Development and Software Development to design, implement, and maintain scalable solutions.
- Proficiency in Programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar languages) for building AI automation workflows and integrations.
- Experience working with Databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) for data modeling, queries, and performance optimization.
- Competence in Testing, including unit, integration, and regression testing, to ensure system reliability and quality.
- Background or interest in AI automation, APIs, and low-code/no-code tooling for process optimization.
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document systems clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of Italian or other European languages is an advantage.
- Interest in the luxury, events, or networking sectors and alignment with TLWC’s mission of fostering meaningful human connections.
