**Overview** TBA Global is an international tax, accounting, and compliance service provider, supporting global e-commerce sellers with solutions including VAT, EPR, product compliance, company formation, accounting, and other cross-border business services. **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage Italian VAT registrations, filings, and ongoing compliance.
- Handle Italian EPR compliance, including registrations, declarations, and renewals.
- Liaise with Italian tax authorities, EPR organisations, recycling schemes, and business partners.
- Support clients with VAT/EPR registrations and respond to enquiries promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely compliance and excellent customer service.
- Create and improve SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Track project progress, report issues, and ensure tasks are completed on time. **Requirements**: - Native or fluent Italian (C1/C2) and fluent English (B2 minimum, C1 preferred).
- Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in Italian VAT, EPR, tax, compliance, or regulatory services preferred.
- Experience in e-commerce, accounting, tax consulting, or compliance is an advantage.
- Strong sense of responsibility with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
