This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Matching Operations Coordinator based in Italy.
As a Matching Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a central role in keeping communication and operations running smoothly between talented professionals and internal teams. You’ll manage relationships across assigned accounts, ensuring information flows clearly, promptly, and effectively. The role combines stakeholder communication, account coordination, administrative execution, and continuous process improvement. You’ll proactively monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and help create opportunities for stronger client and talent relationships. Success requires excellent organization, sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. In a fast-paced, fully remote environment, you’ll have meaningful ownership while collaborating with teams across different functions and geographies.

Accountabilities




Act as the primary communication point between professionals working on client engagements and internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely, and effective information sharing.
Independently manage communication across multiple channels, with a strong emphasis on professional written communication.
Maintain regular contact with professionals across assigned accounts to understand project status, identify potential challenges, and proactively address issues before they escalate.
Identify and pursue relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining strong and professional relationships.
Manage account-related administrative tasks and operational actions according to established processes and guidelines.
Maintain proactive communication with colleagues through tools such as Slack and Zoom during designated working hours.
Organize, update, and maintain process documentation and guidelines so that information remains accurate and easily accessi
