**Responsibilities**: - Creation of local HSE documents (risk assessments, HSE plans, emergency response plans, customer specific procedures, etc)
- Mantain updated HSE Database
- Perform HSE training (basic safety training as required by local regulations) including set up of training requirements according to local legislation
- Actively, support the development and realization of a "Zero Incident Culture".
- Responsible to provide support and collaboration on QSE matters. **Qualifications**: - master's degree in scientific matter (eg. Master Degree in Environmental or Safety Engineer)
- Fluent English
- In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and best practices, quality ISO standards, concepts, processes and procedures
- Expertise in hazard job site assessment/analysis/solution, risk assessments, incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Development/implementation of processes and procedures, including comprehensive HSE Plans **Competencies**: - Proven and effective communication skills at every level (from site to boardroom) required
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize tasks, to work efficiently, adapt to new/changing situations.
- Solid interpersonal, computer, presentation and collaboration skills
- Competence on HSE Legislation and waste regulation **What we offer**: - Internship contract
