We are looking for a Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our international team.
In this customer-facing role, you will act as a trusted partner to our clients, particularly in supporting digital solutions and related services, ensuring outstanding service delivery and driving client satisfaction. You will play a key role in managing client relationships, resolving requests and supporting product adoption concerning digital solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class solutions.

Key Responsilities
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring contract renewals and increasing the utilization of our medical and security services.
- Identify and drive cross-selling and upselling opportunities across our portfolio of products and services.
- Prepare commercial proposals, develop pricing solutions, and lead contract negotiations with clients.
- Work closely with the Sales Support and Marketing teams to ensure an efficient renewal process,
regular account reviews, and accurate client reporting.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints while implementing measures to maintain and improve service quality.
- Support the development of cross-border business opportunities through proactive collaboration with colleagues and clients across different regions.
About you
- Experience in Account Management and sales within a professional services or international B2B environment.
- Highly customer-oriented, well-organized, and proactive, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and consultative selling skills, with the ability to identify and convert growth opportunities.
- University degree or equivalent qualification.
- Fluent in Italian and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
