Key responsibilities include:
Planning and monitoring the progress of initiatives, including work plans, milestones, risk management, and addressing critical issues as they arise. Verifying and validating timesheets submitted by the resources assigned to the various projects. Collaborating closely with internal teams to align operational workflows with company objectives and client expectations. Supporting administrative workflows related to project reporting, tracking, and billing preparation.
