Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, optimization, and standardization of manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, cost, and cycle times.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and operational teams to ensure robust, efficient, and repeatable manufacturing solutions.
- Contribute to the introduction of new products, processes, equipment, and technologies within the manufacturing environment (Production Cycles, CAD/CAM).
- Analyze process performance, production feedback, and technical data to identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making.
