Shape our talent strategy. Define and improve how we hire, navigate the trade-offs that determine where effort and investment create the most value, and ensure that hiring remains a competitive advantage for Bending Spoons.
Continuously experiment and improve. Challenge assumptions, run rigorous experiments, and use evidence to identify better ways to attract, assess, and hire outstanding people.
Own hiring end-to-end. Run the full recruiting loop—from sourcing to final decision—using AI and modern tooling to accelerate the process while applying human judgment where it matters most.
Find exceptional talent. Proactively identify and engage top candidates across multiple channels, combining outreach, data, and new technologies to surface the strongest people.
