The Italy Key Account Manager GDO will play a vital role in managing and developing relationships with key retail accounts in the food industry. This position, based in Luxembourg, focuses on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional service to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Manage and develop the assigned Modern Trade (GDO) customer portfolio at national and periferic level
- Negotiate annual commercialpartnership (price lists, promotions, assortments, trading terms)
- Define and implement growth strategies for the assigned accounts
- Review sales performance (sell-in / sell-out, rotations, margins) and monitor key KPIs
- Work closely with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to execute promotional plans and new product launches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and category managers
- Manage forecasting and commercial planning activities
- Monitor market trends
- Report to National Account Manager
Requisiti:
At least 2 years experience as a Key Account Manager within xrdztoy Modern TradeBackground in the FMCG sector, preferably food / beverageWillingness to travel extensively across the national territory. Experience in negotiations with the Italian GDOstrong KPI skills and ability to manage customer P&LStrong; customer orientationExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFluent EnglishLocation· Luxembourg (role-based)
