Clinical Application Analyst – PharmacyOur Clinical Application team works closely with healthcare organisations to help them successfully implement and maximise the value of InterSystems’ healthcare solutions. We are looking for a Clinical Application Analyst – Pharmacy with a strong clinical background and experience working as a Hospital Pharmacist, who can combine their healthcare expertise with an understanding of clinical information systems and customer needs.In this role, you will become a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related workflows and an important point of contact for customers. You will work closely with healthcare professionals and other stakeholders to understand their processes, identify the best-fit solution and support the successful adoption of InterSystems products.The role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of clinical practice, healthcare technology and customer consultancy, contributing to implementations that can improve the way healthcare organisations deliver care.
The role requires a willingness and availability to travel to customer sites as required.Key Responsibilities –Work closely with customers to understand their pharmacy workflows, clinical processes and business requirements.Act as a subject matter expert for pharmacy-related functionality and provide guidance on the effective use and implementation of InterSystems solutions.Assess customer requirements and advise on the best-fit standard solution, minimising unnecessary customer-specific developments.Conduct customer workshops, training sessions and presentations, communicating complex concepts clearly to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.Support customers in maximising the benefits of InterSystems solutions and adopting effective and standardised processes.Translate clinical and business requirements into clear functional specifications and documentation.Contribute to business process mapping and the analysis of existing customer workflows.Work coll
