Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Field Service Technician at Fabtek Srl. The role is based in Novara, with the flexibility to work remotely on certain occasions. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, managing and executing projects, and ensuring excellent communication with both clients and internal teams. Tasks will also include performing maintenance, identifying solutions to technical problems, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance service efficiency.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Strong skills in Communication and customer interaction to manage expectations and deliver exceptional service
Experience in Field Service operations, with the ability to work independently and adapt to on-site environments
Knowledge of Project Management principles to handle multiple tasks, timelines, and client requirements
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Studies, or a related field is an advantage
Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within designated areas
Experience or familiarity with BIM-based project environments and digital coordination workflows.
Knowledge of industry-standard BIM and construction management software such as Autodesk Autocad, Autodesk Navisworks, Autodesk Revit, and Dalux is desirable.
Ability to use digital tools for project coordination, clash detection, documentation management, and communication with stakeholders.
Native or bilingual proficiency in Italian is mandatory.
