Streamliner AI is an operating engine behind several businesses: B2B go-to-market, commercial hiring pipelines, digital products, and live projects (events and local operations included).
We are building a small team that lives inside Claude. Not “someone who tried ChatGPT.” Someone who wants to make Claude the daily brain of the company: research, writing, ops, scripts, client work, internal playbooks.
This is a long-term seat. The first stretch is paid discovery with the founder: we map workflows, we decide how Claude is used across projects, then we start shipping. If you want to grow into the person who trains the next operators, this is the door.
What you will do
• Build and maintain Claude workflows for Streamliner (prompts, projects, memory, files, repeatable processes)
• Turn messy founder notes into usable systems: job posts, outreach, research, reports, SOPs
• Test new Claude features as they drop and tell the team what is actually useful
• Connect Claude to the rest of the stack where it helps (docs, sheets, CRM notes,
call summaries)
• Document how we work so quality does not depend on one chat
This role is a fit if you
• Already use Claude every day and can show real output, not theory
• Are young, precise, loyal, and hungry to get unusually good at this
• Write clear English; Italian is a plus
• Like building process, not only “asking the model a question”
• Want to stay across multiple businesses, not a 3-month gig
This role is not a fit if you
• Only know generic ChatGPT chatting
• Need a fully defined corporate job on day one
• Disappear when the brief is incomplete
