To support our growing organisation, we are looking for a proactive and reliable IT Specialist to help maintain and improve our digital workplace and core IT infrastructure.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day IT operations, administering Microsoft 365 services, contributing to the management of server and backup systems, and overseeing the operational management of the company website. This role requires a hands-on professional who can work across infrastructure, end-user support, and digital services while contributing to IT security and cybersecurity practices to ensure reliability and business continuity.
The role will be carried out at the company’s operational site in Via Palmiro Togliatti, 20, Corciano (PG).

Responsibilities
· Administer and support the company’s Microsoft 365 environment, including user accounts, licenses, permissions, collaboration tools, and security settings.
· Support the administration and monitoring of servers, infrastructure components, and backup systems to ensure availability, performance, and data protection.
· Provide first- and second-level technical support to internal users as part of day-to-day activities, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with external vendors when needed.
· Manage routine website operations, coordinate content or technical updates, and help ensure the company website remains secure, functional, and up to date.
