As a Strategic Global HR Business Partner, you will shape and enable the people agenda for a global sub-function, partnering with senior leaders to translate business priorities into integrated talent, organization, workforce, leadership, and change strategies. This role offers the opportunity to influence complex decisions, strengthen organizational effectiveness,
and drive measurable business impact through data-driven insight, enterprise collaboration, and disciplined execution across regions.

- Talent and Succession Leadership: Drive robust talent reviews, succession planning, leadership development, retention strategies, and critical role coverage to build a strong and diverse leadership pipeline.
