How you will contribute

Develop a solid understanding of Kering Eyewear’s business model, organizational structure, culture,

and key people processes, becoming a trusted HR partner
Support Talent Acquisition activities by partnering with managers and the Talent Acquisition team to attract and onboard high-quality talent, ensuring timely hiring and an excellent candidate experience
Contribute to the implementation of Talent Management, Performance Management, and Learning & Development initiatives, supporting employees and managers throughout the annual HR cycle and fostering a culture of continuous growth and development
Support Compensation & Benefits processes, including salary reviews, workforce planning, benchmarking activities, and employee-related analyses, ensuring alignment with company guidelines
Collaborate with HR Administration and Shared Services teams to ensure the smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes
Partner with managers and employees on day-to-day HR topics, providing guidance and sup
