Role Mission
As a Technical Application Specialist within the Diagnostics division, you will support laboratories across Southern Poland (Lower Silesian,
Opole, Silesian and Lesser Poland Voivodeships). Your mission is to help clinical laboratories implement, optimize and use Grifols diagnostic solutions, acting as a trusted scientific partner for laboratory professionals.
This role is ideal for candidates with hands‑on experience in medical or diagnostic laboratories who want to combine their scientific expertise with customer‑facing responsibilities .
What your responsibilities will be
- Scientific & application support — You will provide expert guidance on Grifols diagnostic instruments, assays and workflows.
- Customer training — You will deliver training during instrument implementation and throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Workflow optimization — You will support laboratories in improving testing processes and operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting — You will resolve application‑related issues both remotely and on‑site.
