Your mission at BeSafe Group
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
Generating strategic leads and identifying potential customers;
Tracking activities in the CRM (e.g. Pipedrive) and keeping it up to date by updating account information regularly;
Possessing in-depth product knowledge and being able to conduct demos and objection handling;
Updating monthly and quarterly reports;
Managing the sales cycle;
Evaluating market opportunities, trends and drivers at national and international level;
Prioritising and managing the performance of a portfolio of accounts acquired to business value;
Maintaining relationships with accounts acquired through consistent communication, identifying their needs and helping them achieving their best performance;
Participating in company events, industry fairs and business trips on national and international territories.

Are a self-starter with great attention to detail;
Have strong analytical skills;
Are able to quickly prioritise tasks;
Are willing to travel and participate in on-site events;
Native Italian speaker with C1/native-level English. Knowledge of a third langauge is considered a plus;
