At Free Hostels Roma, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic receptionist to deliver outstanding customer service every day. We want fun, friendly, and dynamic individuals who love working with travelers and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a warm and professional attitude.

Proficiency with IT tools.
Previous experience as a receptionist (experience in hostels is highly valued).
Availability to handle a variety of tasks, including check-ins, check-outs, managing reservations, emails, calls, and guest requests.
A proactive attitude: no task is too big or small, including occasional cleaning duties.
