Job description
Our client is a leading Italian company in the pet food sector (+70 million euro turnover), specializing in the development and production of food for dogs and cats. We are looking for an Administrative Manager to strengthen the organizational structure. The position The resource will report directly to the Company Management and will be responsible for coordinating the administrative office, consisting of two employees, ensuring the correct management of the company's administrative, accounting, tax and financial activities. Main responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the work of the administrative office.
- Ensure the correct keeping of general, customer, supplier and asset accounting.
- Prepare monthly,



quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Oversee the preparation of the financial statements in collaboration with the external consultant.
- Manage company treasury, financial flows and relationships with credit institutions.
- Monitor collections, payments and financial needs.
- Supervise tax compliance, also relating to intra-community and extra-EU operations.
- Collaborate with accountants, auditors, labor consultants and other external professionals.
- Prepare periodic economic-financial reports to support the Management.
- Define, update and improve internal administrative procedures.
- Promote the digitalization and optimization of administrative processes.

Requirements
- Degree in Economics or equivalent qualification.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in administrative-accounting.
- Consolidated experience in the role of Administrative Manager.
- Excellent knowledge of general accounting,
