For our new Global Centre of Expertise, based in Alba (CN) , we are looking for a Global Professional Maintenance Manager , In this position, leading our Professional Maintenance central team, you will be responsible for the development and deployment of Ferrero Operational Excellence (FOX) methodologies related to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) / Lean Manufacturing / World Class Manufacturing (WCM) and, with a focus on the Preventive Maintenance (PM) pillar, in our global industrial network. You will also coordinate and drive internal and external best practices cross-fertilization, continuous improvement, and workshops with related industrial functions. Main Responsibilities:
