THE ROLE We are seeking a proactive and skilled Automotive Workshop Manager to oversee the operations of our new in-house workshop in Marcon . The ideal candidate will coordinate a team of mechanics, establish repair priorities, manage spare parts and stocks, and maintain budgetary control, all while upholding high standards of quality and safety. WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON? Team Management:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of a team of mechanics, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance reviews.
- Provide hands-on guidance and training to ensure team members develop technical skills and adhere to company standards.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Workshop Operations:
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee campervan repair and maintenance tasks to minimize downtime.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with safety regulations.
