As Content Production Specialist, based in Milan, you will bring your unique strengths to the team, helping us in the operational management of photo and video shootings, in Italy and abroad, supporting the brand’s communication, marketing and digital channels. The role will ensure order, efficiency and quality across the entire production chain, from material preparation to delivery to internal departments,
up to the coordination of activities with external video/audio production and post-production partners.
Plan and manage production budgets, timelines, and relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, including creative agencies, photographers, videographers, and post-production partners, ensuring content aligns with marketing strategies.
Manage and oversee the day-to-day production of video content for web, social media, and in-store channels.
Own the end-to-end delivery of all video formats required across Zegna's digital and retail platforms.
Collaborate closely with the internal Creative team, providing guidance, tools, and production support to deliver high-quality content while meeting tight deadlines.
Coordinate production schedules in line with the seasonal marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of all deliverables.
