Your Contribution To Prysmian’s Success We are looking for a Cable Jointer to join our office in Milan and onshore/offshore sites. Reporting Directly To Jointing Discipline Leader, You Will
- Work safely while performing new construction, maintenance or repair work of energized and de-energized underground work.
- Lead crew and represent the Company in absence of the Foreman.
- Effectively conduct pre-job briefings.
- Possess a working knowledge of all aspects of underground distribution.
- Frequently works with energized high voltage systems (up to 400kV) requiring skill and care to protect the lives of themselves and others.
- Capable of safely operating and maintaining company equipment.
- Performs all other related work as required to complete the job.
- Inspects the work of crew members
- Splice and terminate HV/EHV Cables with extremely low failure rates
- Assist or supervise HV/EHV cable pulling, testing, or supervision activities as required.
Travel: Up to 45 weeks per year You Are The Right Fit If You Have/are
- Technical studies
- Driving License
- English knowledge (basic)
- Previous experiences in jointing activities (preferred)
