Job Title: Project Administrator – Life Sciences Industry (Italian Speaking)

Location: Remote (Europe)

Contract Type: Contract, 35 hours a week Aug - Dec 2026

About the Role

We're recruiting on behalf of a confidential client operating within the life sciences sector for an experienced Project Administrator to support the delivery of an Expanded Access Programme (EAP). This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented administrative professional with fluency in Italian and English to join a fast-paced, patient-focused project.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing day-to-day administrative support across a live EAP project
- Coordinating documentation, tracking, and communications between internal teams and external stakeholders
- Liaising with Italian-speaking stakeholders, including sites, physicians, and/or patients as required
- Supporting project trackers, timelines, and reporting
- Ensuring accurate and timely data entry and filing in line with project SOPs




- Assisting with general project coordination tasks as directed by the Manager

Requirements

- Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken) — essential
- Can be based anywhere in Europe/ UK
- Ability to work from personal computer and start ASAP
- Previous experience in an administrative, coordination
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with sensitive/confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
