What You Will Do
- You will play a key role in shaping the guest ashore experience while driving onboard revenue,
turning every interaction into value through your sales mindset and passion for people.
- You will inspire guests and boost sales by promoting tailored shore excursions, leveraging your product knowledge and interpersonal skills to maximize conversion and exceed KPIs.
- You will own the full guest journey at the MyTours desk, acting as a trusted advisor, adapting your approach to diverse guest profiles, and identifying upselling opportunities.
- You will support excursion operations to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience, contributing to coordination, organization, reporting, and continuous performance improvement.
- You will deliver excellence by proactively managing guest feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring safe, seamless, and memorable experiences.
- You will contribute to back-office activities, including handling special requests, tracking sales data and supporting decision-making.
