Within the Compliance and Oversight Function, the intern will support Senior Team members in the following activities:
- Monitoring Information Flows: Track and ensure the timely receipt of compliance-related documentation from affiliates (e.g., reports, plans, updates); Maintain and update internal dashboards or trackers to monitor submission status and deadlines
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of internal reports, presentations,
and summaries for senior management and Group-level stakeholders; Support the consolidation of data received from affiliates into structured reporting formats
- Project Management Support: Help organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points; Support internal initiatives aimed at improving oversight processes or documentation quality, fostering innovation
- Review of Compliance Plans and Reports: Participate in the initial review of compliance plans and periodic reports submitted by affiliates; Help prepare feedback summaries or recommendations for internal use
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Master’s degree (BAC+5)
- Fluency in English and Italian, with a minimum C1 level in both languages. Knowledge of other European languages a plus
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
