Your impact in this role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you are a commercial centre within our organization. You ensure that processes run smoothly, customers receive prompt assistance, and commercial opportunities are not missed. Your work enables the field sales team to focus entirely on sales, making your role essential.
You maintain an overview, adapt quickly, and spot emerging commercial opportunities. You are confident in picking up the phone, asking probing questions, thinking along with the customer, and translating signals into concrete actions. You work closely with Sales, Project Management, Marketing, and Finance, serving as a trusted point of contact for customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing quotes and orders flawlessly, working with precision, checking details, and ensuring all information is complete and accurate;
- Proactive customer contact to answer questions, identify opportunities, and accelerate follow-up;
- Gathering project information and entering it into our systems;
- Monitoring and improving administrative processes;
- Identifying commercial opportunities and passing them on to Sales or handling them yourself where appropriate;
- Collaborating with the team to ensure the department runs smoothly.
In short: you bring structure, direction, and commercial energy, ensuring that Inside Sales continues to perform at a top level.

- You have a good command of Italian and English;
- You live in Milan or within close travel distance;
- You are proficient with a laptop, phone, CRM, and Outlook;
- Experience with an ERP system is a plus;
- You are comfortable making proactive calls, asking the right questions, and genuinely helping customers move forward;
- You are resilient under pressure, accurate, and organized;
- You are energized by both administrative and commercial tasks;
- You are a team player who supports colleagues whenever needed.
