Within Leonardo's tax division, specifically within the Tax Unit, we are looking for a Senior Tax Specialist for our Rome office.
This person will be responsible for:
- Analyzing tax issues related to international commercial transactions carried out by the Divisions, consisting of the export of products, the provision of services, and the execution of multi-year contracts in the client's foreign countries of residence;
- Reviewing contracts of various kinds to avoid or mitigate the risks of double taxation, also through the examination of conventions against double taxation;
- Supporting foreign subsidiaries on domestic and international tax matters;
- Supervising compliance related to foreign VAT numbers;
