Your Perspectives
In an international, young, dynamic context, and with colleagues specialized in different disciplines, you will be involved in the projects that the Capital Project & Economics team carries out in the Transport and Logistics sector. You will support the top management of client companies in solving complex business challenges ranging from strategy definition to execution.
Thanks to access to the vast expertise of our international network,
you will be able to give space to your ideas and provide the innovative contribution you have always desired. You will gain experience in developing investment strategies, digital innovation, business planning, and project management.
Within the activities that the team carries out in the Infrastructure and Transport sector, you will be involved, with increasing responsibilities, in the following activities:
- Preparation of Strategic Plans and Business Plans, also building economic-financial models
- Market research and analysis, definition of competitive positioning, and definition of go-to-market strategies.
- Market regulation models for the transport sector
- Technical-economic feasibility analysis of investment projects
- Managing/drafting cost/benefit analysis documents and impact assessment
