SWM Motorcycles is an Italian motorcycle brand with over 50 years of heritage, combining Italian design, passion and a growing international product range.
As part of our European development plan, we are looking for an experienced and motivated commercial professional to support the growth of SWM in the German market.
The Area Sales Manager Germany will be responsible for developing and managing the SWM dealer network across Germany, increasing sales volumes and strengthening the brand presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the SWM dealer network in Germany.
- Identify, contact and appoint new dealers in strategic areas.
- Support dealers in sales activities, product presentation and local business development.
- Achieve agreed sales targets for motorcycles and spare parts.
- Monitor market trends, competitors and dealer performance.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and market feedback.
- Represent SWM at trade fairs, dealer meetings and industry events.
- Coordinate with SWM headquarters in Italy for commercial, marketing and after-sales activities.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in motorcycle, automotive or powersports sales.
- Existing knowledge of the German motorcycle dealer network.
- Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills.
- Independent, proactive and results-oriented working style.
- Ability to work remotely and manage the territory autonomously.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Germany.
- Fluent German and good English.
- Italian language is a plus.
- Valid driving licence.
