We are looking for an Attitude and Orbit Control System Design Junior EngineerCANDIDATES THAT WOULD IMPRESS USYou have graduated with a Master Degree in Aerospace Engineering with a specific focus on attitude control or in Control Systems Engineering.
You are fluent in English with excellent listening and reading skills. You have a proactive attitude and a strong problem-solving mindset.
You are highly organized and methodical with excellent communication skills. You are able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within a team.
You have a strong orientation towards achieving results within given constraints. COMPETENCIES:You can master the kinematics and dynamics of rigid bodies with gyroscopic stiffness and flexible appendages.
You have a deep understanding of sensors and actuators technology.
You are familiar with optimal estimation theory and robust control theory.
You are proficient in Matlab, Simulink and C++ programming.
You have familiarity with automatic code generation which will be considered an advantage.
You have knowledge of space engineering standards which will be considered a plus. LIFE AS AN ATTITUDE AND ORBIT CONTROL SYSTEM DESIGN JUNIOR ENGINEER ROLEAs a Junior Engineer within Thales, you will contribute to all phases of the subsystem lifecycle from feasibility studies to in-flight activities.
