This is a writing-first senior content role focused on creating high-quality B2B content that drives meaningful business outcomes.
You will own content quality across a portfolio of customers, producing thought leadership, blogs, guides, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Around 70% of your time will be dedicated to research, original thinking, and writing content that reflects a deep understanding of products and audiences.
You will also coordinate freelance contributors, manage content calendars, review deliverables, and ensure feedback is consistently incorporated.
The role requires strong editorial judgment and the ability to adapt your voice across different brands, audiences, and content formats.
You will collaborate with strategists, account leads, marketers, and customer stakeholders while managing complex review processes and deadlines.

Accountabilities:
Research and write high-quality content, including blog posts, guides, landing pages, thought leadership, and other campaign assets, grounded in a strong understanding of each customer's product, market, and audience.
Develop content across the full campaign lifecycle, connecting individual assets into a cohesive narrative that supports awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Adapt writing style and tone across different brands, moving comfortably between executive thought leadership, long-form editorial content, and concise conversion-focused copy.
Review every piece of content produced for assigned accounts before it reaches customers, identifying quality issues and ensuring deliverables meet editorial and strategic standards.
