Salesforce is looking for a driven Partner Account Senior Manager to join our Alliances and Partner Sales team in Milan, Italy. In this role, you will be at the heart of Salesforce's partner-led growth strategy in the Italian market, building and scaling relationships with key system integrator partners and resellers to accelerate revenue and customer success. With Agentforce and AI woven into every layer of our platform,
you will co-create joint strategies with partners that drive meaningful outcomes for customers across Italy.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop strategic relationships with system integrator partners and resellers operating in Italy, building trusted C-level relationships within partner organizations and holding partners accountable to agreed business targets.
- Co-design and execute joint market strategies aligned to Salesforce's Agentforce and AI platform, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline in close collaboration with field Account Executives (AEs).
- Enable and train partner sales and technical teams on Salesforce's latest offerings, leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track performance and identify acceleration opportunities.
