We are currently seeking a Junior Pricing Specialist to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
The Junior Pricing Specialist will work within the Pricing / SPR (Special Pricing Request) domain, supporting in ‑ process SPR analysis, senior approvers and Sales teams. The role is structured as a developmental position, evolving into a fully autonomous Tactical Pricing Specialist, with the ability to independently approve segmented SPRs.
The position is designed around a competitive bids approach, with a structured learning and rotation path. The incumbent will rotate across core teams like Offering,
Customer Experience / Pricing Governance and Finance (commercial finance), gaining end ‑ to ‑ end exposure to pricing decisions, governance and customer value dynamics.
In parallel, the Junior Pricing Specialist will contribute to collecting and organizing feedback on SPR process from the stakeholders, providing input for continuous improvement. They will align with Pricing Governance teams and with Product Managers, coordinating with the Price Administration team, and also informing product positioning. The Junior Pricing Specialist will also facilitate the adoption of AI ‑ enabled tools within the SPR approvers community.
