The Work Analyst contributes, based on estimates, actuals, progress and program requirements, to the development and updating of the production plan, related workloads and the industrial plan/budget for direct and indirect labor.
They also monitor the trend of production performance through structured analysis of key functional KPIs, labor actuals and deviations from plan and budget, contributing to the development of periodic reporting and analyzes to support operational and management decisions.
