This is a newly created role with a clear purpose: supporting our distributor network and helping ensure life‑saving equipment reaches those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities
- Delivering advanced product and service information while resolving complex customer inquiries.
- Processing quotations and orders (including customized requests) and coordinating delivery with internal teams.
