In this role you will lead the development and scaling of Alfa Laval's digital services within the Hygienic Fluid Handling & Heat Transfer Technologies unit. You will shape product direction, connect customer needs with market-ready solutions, and collaborate across product, technology, commercial, and operations teams. You will drive adoption and value realization for condition-monitoring offerings and broader digital services, while engaging with customers and partners across regions. ~ Define the product direction, vision, and roadmap for digital services with a focus on scalability and customer value
~ Act as a hands-on PM, engaging with customers and supporting commercial efforts to drive adoption
~ Contribute to pricing discussions from a product perspective to align design with value
~ Support global go-to-market activities with leadership and the Head of Revenue and Go-to-Market
~ Develop the Digital Services Product & Portfolio Management function, including governance and ways of working
~ Ensure strong product-market fit and value realization by embedding feedback from customers and commercial teams
~ Translate business and customer needs into clear product requirements for technology teams
~ Serve as a link between product, commercial, technology, and operations to align execution
~ Support evolution and scaling of condition monitoring as a core offering and enhance customer value
~ Define and track KPIs (adoption, usage, value realization) to inform commercial, product, and tech decisions
~ Collaborate with Global Innovation Lead to identify new digital service opportunities aligned with growth priorities
