Hi everyone

We’re looking to meet people who have had real, meaningful exposure to English-speaking countries and cultures and who might be interested in a collaboration with our school as English Teachers.

We’re not necessarily looking for experienced teachers — and we’re certainly not looking for people whose only experience with English comes from studying it in school.

We’re interested in people who have lived, studied, or worked abroad, used English naturally in their everyday or professional lives, and developed a genuine understanding of the culture behind the language.

You might be:

● Someone who has returned to Naples after years abroad
● An international professional living in Naples
● A graduate who studied in an English-speaking country
● Someone from an English-speaking country who has made Naples home




● Or simply someone with an interesting international background and a genuine passion for language and people

What matters to us is excellent English, cultural awareness, curiosity, personality, and a willingness to learn. Teaching experience is a plus, but methodology and exam preparation can be learned — authentic language and cultural experience are much harder to teach.

At BALA, we work with learners of all ages, including Cambridge English and IELTS candidates, and we provide training and support to those who join our academic team.
