About The Job
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing all technology operations across the hotel, ensuring the reliability, security and efficiency of systems that support both the guest experience and day-to-day operations. Reporting to the IT Director , this role is responsible for maintaining Mandarin Oriental technology standards, supporting hotel colleagues, safeguarding information assets and delivering seamless technology-enabled experiences for guests throughout the property.
As IT Manager , you will be responsible for the following duties
- Support the pre-opening phase of Mandarin Oriental, Rome, ensuring the full deployment and readiness of all IT systems prior to opening.
- Oversee daily IT operations, providing first-line support to colleagues and second-line support to guests, ensuring seamless and timely resolution
