This position is a 43.5 hours contract perk week - starting from 27th of November 2026 to 24th of April 2027. Role: As a Bramble Ski Chalet Chef, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional culinary experience that sits at the very heart of the guest journey. You create refined, beautifully presented food that elevates every stay, ensuring guests enjoy restaurant-quality dining in the comfort of their private alpine chalet. This is a hands-on, creative, and highly rewarding role where attention to detail, organisation, and passion for food come together to shape unforgettable moments. From tailored menus to flawless execution, you ensure every meal reflects the standard and style of a luxury ski experience. You work closely with the Chalet Manager and wider property team to deliver seamless service, anticipate guest preferences, and adapt menus where required—always ensuring consistency
