FICEP SPA, leading company in the metalworking industry, in order to strengthen its team, is looking for:
MECHANICAL WORKER
The successful candidate will join the Production Department and work in a dynamic manufacturing environment, carrying out assembly, installation, and support activities involving mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical systems.
Requirements
Technical diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, or an equivalent qualification.
Previous experience, even at an entry level, in the mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics field.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and/or electrical schematics.
Knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical components.
Good knowledge of standard measuring instruments.
Required Skills
Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail.




Ability to use machinery, tools, and diagnostic equipment for assembly and maintenance activities.
Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Team-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
What We Offer
Working hours:
Full-time position, Monday to Friday (day shift).
Annual gross salary: €25,000-€40,000
, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
