For a challenging role within an internationally active industrial organization.
The role reports to senior management and works closely with the Production, Engineering, Industrialization, Supply Chain, Procurement and Research & Development departments.
Purpose of the role
To ensure, through expertise, leadership and motivation, that products and production processes meet customer requirements, applicable regulations and automotive industry standards, whilst ensuring the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with IATF ***** and related standards.
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical , Eectronical or Management Engineering
Specialization in Quality Systems Management
MBA or postgraduate course in management and leadership
Languages: Italian and English, German is a plus
IATF *****/ISO **** Lead Auditor certification
Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Ishikawa, lean methodology




At least 15 years' experience in Quality Department product and process within multinational organizations
Authority, assertiveness, leadership, decisiveness
Good interpersonal skills, effective communication

Number of customer complaints
Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
First Pass Yield (FPY)
Audit Score
Percentage of corrective actions completed on time
Process capability (Cp/Cpk)
Supplier quality performance
LOCATION: Italy – Emilia Romagna
CONTRACT: Permanent contract
