/ppbr/ppbEssential Duties Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/pulliSupporting the use of the full range of Project Management Process.
/liliProvide support on day-to-day delivery of projects and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision.
/liliSupport knowledge capture, sharing and innovation.
/liliSupport preparation and evaluation of tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
/liliSupport risk and value management.
/liliSupport contract administration for relevant contract provisions, monthly reporting, project meetings and other administration-based tasks.
/liliDeliver all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner to a high standard of quality.
/liliUndertake service delivery is in accordance with the policies and procedures of the business, particularly Health Safety and Quality Assurance.
/liliUndertake service in compliance with client's corporate governance procedures where applicable.
/liliAchieve all objectives as required by the annual performance review process.
/liliDemonstrate a commitment to continuing professional development and continuous improvement.
/liliSupport development and management of the project programmes and obtaining the buy-in off all stakeholders.
/li /ulpbr/ppbKnowledge Skills Required: /b /ppbr/pulliDeveloping knowledge of construction industry technical matters.
/liliLimited technical project management skills.
More developed skills around following PM Processes: Risk, Opportunities and Issues, Change control.
/liliDeveloping an understanding of the entire project life cycle.
/liliGood oral and written communication and presentation skills.
/liliGood interpersonal skills with both client and staff.
/liliSupport stakeholder management.
/liliDemonstrate a high degree of integrity.
