We are looking for
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Travel Agent - Categorie protette (L.*****) (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.
Your role in BizAway
Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
Responding to our Client's requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)
Your basic qualifications
At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up)
Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
Our offer
Contract type: Permanent contract
Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
Hybrid: Lavoro da remoto Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe
Salary: Starting from level 5° and above, with a salary range of 21k -25k gross/yearly in accordance with the National Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
